Open call for free creative film workshops for young people at PriFest in Pristina


Film enthusiasts aged 15 to 25 from the countries of the Western Balkans can register by August 25 at the latest to participate in the Prishtina Kino Kabaret workshop.


Young people from North Macedonia and the other five countries of the Western Balkans have a new opportunity for free education in the field of film. The Edu Cuts network, as part of the "Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans (CC4WBs)" project, announces a call for young film enthusiasts to participate in the Prishtina Kino Kabaret program organized by the festival

16th edition of PriFest – International Prishtina Film Fest. The festival will take place from September 10 to 15, 2024 in Pristina, Kosovo.

This event offers an intense film experience where participants will engage in creative audiovisual workshops and will collaborate on short film projects within a limited time frame. The workshop, which will be held during the festival (10 to 15 September 2024), will include education, creativity and interactions with experts and peers from the countries of the Western Balkans who share a common interest in audiovisual and film, along with a willingness to work as a team under the supervision of mentors.

To receive support from Edu Cuts, applicants must be between the ages of 15 and 25, be citizens of one of the Western Balkan countries (Kosovo, Albania, North

Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro). Accepted participants will receive confirmation by email from the festival that they have been accepted to participate.
